This policy explains what information Prop Firms Rated collects when you use propfirmsrated.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Affiliate clicks. When you click a link to a prop firm we record the page, the firm, the time, your country (from your IP address, which we don't store) and a random click ID. This tells us which pages are useful and lets firms credit us for referrals.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for security and troubleshooting.
• Emails you send us. If you contact us we keep your message so we can reply.

Cookies

We don't set advertising cookies. The prop firms you visit through our links may set their own cookies to track the referral; their privacy policies apply on their sites.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that run the site for us, such as our hosting provider.
